About Cocoon
Cocoon Franchise works in partnership with Cocoon SDA Care to offer investment and franchise pathways into the Australian NDIS property and care market.
With 25 years of experience in the medical industry, including providing Home Doctor Services and 24/7 Telehealth in Australia before the NDIS was introduced, we first learned about the NDIS in 2010 and established our company in 2013. Our goal was to expand our services to specifically support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. In 2016, Cocoon became an NDIS-approved provider.
We then spent nearly four years refining our services and building homes that exceed standard requirements. In 2020, we opened our first few homes in South Australia. Since then, we have grown to over 2,400 employees and expanded our homes and operations to every state in Australia.

Our Growth
Cocoon SDA Care’s expansion is an incredible journey showcasing the excellence of the company. Within four years, during Covid, Cocoon SDA Care expanded nationally across Australia with operations in every state. From 2020 when Cocoon SDA Care’s first home opened to 2024, over 2400 staff have been employed and operating 200 homes have welcomed people with disabilities into their care.
