Who is Cocoon ?
We started as a Home Doctor Service long before the NDIS was rolled out in 2016. With our 25 years of experience in the medical industry, we wanted to expand our services to especially cater people with a disability in Australia and as such, formed Cocoon. In 2016, Cocoon became an approved NDIS provider.
We then spent almost four years fine-tuning our services, and building our houses beyond NDIS standards to ensure we were ready to care for people living with a disability the same as if they were our family members. In 2020 we opened our first SDA home. In the four years since we have grown to over 2400 employees with homes and operations in every Australian state. We also grew into providing tourism options for all abilities through Cocoon Adventures and offering courses for those wanting to care for people with disabilities and upskill in their discipline through Cocoon International College.
Today we have over 200 homes around Australia, with around another 700 in construction to provide unparalleled care to people living with a disability.

We offer state-of-the-art purpose-built Disability Homes and supported independent living for people who choose our services. We are a government approved provider, working with the NDIS to help people live to their full potential.
