• All models support migration possibilities, subject to terms and conditions applied by Australia’s Immigration Authorities.
• All furniture, white goods, medical, and electronic equipment for the home are included in the investment amount
• Employment Possibility (if required): 1-2 members of the family can be trained and employed as “Scheduler/s” with earnings of $80,000 per annum.
• On financial settlement, Cocoon will allocate land, organize construction to NDIS standards, established SDA operation, and manage day-to-day running of the new franchise home.
• Fixed-income payments start after six months of financial settlement (payable quarterly).
• Exit Terms: Cocoon reserves the right to first purchase at reasonable market value, if the franchisee wishes to leave the business.
